Le Byou P (pronounced "Le Bijou") is an outstanding, imported, 1993 Dutch stallion, fully approved by the KWPN. He is now competed at dressage, but has equal aptitude for jumping. On February 5, 1999, he placed second at M level dressage in the National Stallion Show in Holland. He is now competing at Fourth Level in the United States, consistently earning scores in the mid 60's. He has an impeccable pedigree, has already proven himself as a progenitor of outstanding foals, having produced the best foalcrop of his stallion year in Holland, as well as the winner of the Dressage at Devon Colts of 2002 and the Reserve Champion Filly at the 2002 New Jersey Horse Park Sporthorse Breed Show. Le Byou P's first crop of U.S. foals has established that he passes on refinement, elegance, size and tremendous movement. Le Byou is EVA negative.

|
Bloodlines Le Byou P is an imported 16.2 h. 1993 Dutch Warmblood stallion, fully approved by the KWPN with a lifetime breeding license. He is by Damiro, a world renowned international jumper. Damiro is by the breeding legend G. Ramiro Z. (pref.). Damiro is out of Torette (ster. pref.), who is by H. Alme Z and out of Notre Dame (ster pref.). Le Byou P's dam is Valerie (keur), champion mare at Z level dressage in Holland. She is by Apple King XX, an invaluable source of thoroughbred blood in Dutch breeding. Valerie (keur) represents a mother line virtually unparalleled in international warmblood breeding. She is out of Rivale (keur pref. prest.), who is by Grandioso, out of Gelita (keur pref. prest.).

Performance
Le Byou was second in the National Stallion Show in Holland at M Level (approximately third level) dressage on February 5, 1999.Since that time, he has competed successfully at 4th level in the United States. He is now in training in Holland with Suzanne Van Cuyk, who is working with the coach for the Dutch team, to prepare for his FEI debut.

Breeding
Le Byou P is in training at Foal's Paradise Farm, and is available for breeding through shipped cooled semen only. All arrangements are made through Foal's Paradise Farm (717) 380-5957. His stud fee is $1,600, including a live foal guarantee (embryo transfer excepted). A $200 nonrefundable booking deposit is required. This deposit is applied against the stud fee. A $250 refundable container deposit is also required. The stud fee and the container deposit are required to be paid in full prior to the first shipment of semen. The costs of collection, which is usually performed at Select Breeders Service, Inc. at Hilltop Farm, Inc. in Colora, Maryland (approximately $155 per collection), as well as shipping and applicable breed registry fees, are the responsibility of the mare owner.
